Seattle Sunrise 092809

Seattle Sunrise 092809

The sunrise this morning was lovely.  And by late morning you could feel the rain in the air.  Our beautiful Seattle summer is over and Autumn has officially arrived. So many things still left to do.  So as I continue down the 365 Challenge path I realize that each sunrise is a new beginning.  Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not a guarantee, we only have each day the Lord blesses us with, and we need to make the most of every one of them.  What can I do differently to help me accomplish His plans for me?  I must start to ask that question more.

Manual:  Nikon D300 page 47, covering basic camera setting and their adjustment.

Photographer:  Went back to the classics; Edward S. Curtis photos of the North American Indians.  What an ambitious project. Document the remaining tribes before they vanished with the turn of the 20th century.  Amazing body of work.  Beautiful in it’s direct simplicity.  Curtis’ studio was, for a long-time in Seattle.
